All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. Yes.....She wore Chanel.... The estate of an elegant Lady...You will feel like you are shopping in Audrey Hepburn's closet! SO much to choose from, where does one start? We are delighted to present to you this very special sale full of elegant boutique and couture designer (mostly vintage!) pieces...Did I mention purses? I have personally never seen so much Chanel since we handled an academy award winning screen star's estate in Newport some years ago... In addition to everything Chanel, you will be delighted to find other top clothing designers such as Yves St. Laurent, Gucci, Ines de la Fressange, Emmanuel Ungaro, Bob Mackie, Victor Costa, Escada, Oscar de la Renta, St. John, and Adolfo among others. Clothing sizes European 34-38 corresponds to U.S. sizes 4-8 (some 2's as well!) Many have original boutique hangers and garment bags. Shoes (sizes 6-7 with original boxes) by Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Vera Wang, Manolo Blahnik, Charles Jourdan, and others.... Oh, did I forget to mention that we have purses and accessories as well? You will love perusing though top designer handbags and clutches(many with original boxes and bags) like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and others. We also have a very nice vintage collection of hard case Louis Vuitton luggage (small trunks, overnight cases) as well as various size bags, including several garment bags. This home is located in a gated area and requires you to contact me. Please email me if you are interested in attending Our plan is to have small groups every hour or so beginning Thursday August 3rd for several days so that we can accommodate everyone calmly and comfortably. Her great taste did not stop here....china, stemware, linens, decorator furniture (French and all white) furnishings too... As a side note, our client was personal friends with the world famous designer Adolfo...and when he created a line she did not like or she wanted something else, he would make it for her! I look forward to hearing from you. I will be posting pictures soon. Please remember it is impossible to accommodate everyone who is interested in coming in the very first group. Therefore, please understand if an item or item has been sold and is unavailable. There is so much great quality for sale, it cannot possibly all be sold in the first few appointments and chances are that the item you are looking for will be waiting for you when you arrive.
