Dealer Company checks accepted with property ID only, a $35.00 return check fee will be charged. No Personal Checks. Utah State law requires that we collect, file the return and pay Utah State Sales Tax at 6.85%. Everything is sold AS-IS, No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties. The homeowners and VCS Estate Services are NOT responsible for any accidents or personal injury inside or outside the property.
