You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. Our client expressed her creativity by shopping at department stores, boutiques, and any fine establishment where jewelry, purses and clothing were sold....She seemed to enjoy shopping and accessorizing more than wearing what she purchased (that is code for many, if not most items still have the tags still on them and were not ever worn! Think ahead to gift giving and the holidays and you will be ahead of the game!) Today we saw tags with prices of $595, $495, $330, etc...you get the picture...great quality, tasteful and will be affordable! Conservatively speaking, there are probably well over 1000 articles of clothing, 100 plus pairs of shoes, 200 purses, 500-800 pieces of vintage, costume and boutique jewelry (there is no gold or fine jewelry.) Our client has many garment racks on which all of the clothing is displayed...these were not brought in by us, they were stored and displayed this way by her (in case any of you were wondering.) At first glance it looks like a department store (it could very well be) but all of this was bought by our client for her enjoyment....now it is time to sell. We will update with sizes, names, brands and pictures by Wednesday evening so please check back. In the meantime, don't plan on going anywhere or leaving town this Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Many esoteric boutique names as well. Many one of a kind. Most of the clothing is NEW NEW NEW with tags still on. Fabulous selection of hats..WOW! In addition to clothing, purses, jewelry, shoes and fashionable accessories, we also have for sale multiple sets of china, figurines, oil paintings by listed artists (contemporary and antique,) a boulle entry table, the most incredible Tony Duquette style barstools (over the top carved fish bases,) lamps, lighting, an incredible figural grandfather clock, a gorgeous crystal chandelier, Marge Carson sofas, Chinese lacquer screen and furniture, Rose Canton china, and so much more... Oh, you will also want to bring your friends....there is so much and we have only three days in which to sell everything. First day will be no discount as usual, but second and third days all items will be progressively discounted.
