Update: 8/15 - Partial pictures added So here's the deal, we did a sale here last month - Had a fantastic turn out! They recently got out of probate on an apt. in NYC and have brought some of the items back to this house to sell. The house sold so depending on what they bring back it may just be this upcoming week or if they drag their feet, another sale the following week - but everything has to be out by Sept 1. They have approximately 40-50 Deluxe comics such as Superman vs. Muhammed Ali, Superman vs. spiderman ...etc. There might be another 100 or so 10 cent and 12 cent comics A gorgeous antique 7' stained glass window Burl hutch with mirror - handmade - stunning piece There is also an original Picasso dry point, estimated auction value $4000-$5,000 - more with restoration. Paul Cadmus original sketch - auction estimate of $4,000-$,6000. Baby grand piano K. Kawai, recently tuned, purchased several years ago for $7,000 Burliuk with sticker on back dating to 1984, indicating inclusion in an auction at Christies There may also be several other original Picasso lithographs, circa 1950's and possible a very large diamond ring. There are also oriental rugs, a beautiful sectional, statuary, african artifacts, black opal ring, toy trains and more. 50+ pieces of sterling silver jewelry may also be included.
