We only accept cash and credit cards. We do not accept Bank, third party, payroll or personal checks. All items are sold as is, and all sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. Your are personally responsible to inspect the condition of your purchase. Sometimes items are removed from a sale after they have been photographed and posted, please check the day before the sale updates. Prices are not available before the sale. ORA reserves the right to determine when a pre-sale is appropriate. Purchases must be removed by 2:00 PM on the last day of the sale. Our staff is not available to assist you in moving your purchases, you must bring help, transportation, and moving supplies. We will only honor a list the morning of the sale. ORA is not responsible for accidents or injuries or any items left behind. Please be respectful of the neighborhood and house.Please be respectful of merchandise, this house and their neighbors.
