Franklin Mint has closed, but it wasn’t able to sell everything in its archives inventory, including its large selection of porcelain dolls, clothes and doll cases. They were used as prototypes, and some went on to be produced and sold, and some didn’t. Our estate sale features prototype dolls of Princess Diana, Marilyn Monroe, Jackie Kennedy, Lucille Ball, the Wicked Witch from the Wizard of Oz, and more. Some of the dolls have issues because they were test dolls, and we’ve shown those in pictures. Please examine the photos and the descriptions carefully.
