You will be entering the property at your own risk. If you bring your children they must stay with you at all times. All items sold as is. No refunds or returns. Please look before you buy. Due to lack of internet this sale will be cash only.No checks accepted. 25% deposit to hold any item while you run to the bank. We are a business and we MUST charge sales tax. If you are a dealer you must bring your resale permit with you or you will be charges sales tax.No exceptions. Note- If you buy large or heavy items you must move them. We DO NOT lift or load anything. You must bring your own help, tools, hand truck, etc. Some large items may not be movable until 1:00 PM. Please ask before you buy. We provide limited bags and wrapping for your purchases. |

Come enjoy our air conditioned estate sale. We have a full house, garage and shed. Everything must go and will be priced to sell. Fantastic estate sale including a huge costume jewelry accumulation. Clothing, shoes, purses, vintage hats and linens. We have a full kitchen including many vintage pieces. Rooms full of furniture including mid century modern bedroom furniture. There is an entire room filled with craft, sewing and painting supplies. We also have a large collection of vintage Barbie, Ken & Skipper dolls. Also tons of doll clothes and furniture. We have hundreds of vinyl records, eight tracks, cassettes, CD's and DVD's . We have a china cabnit full of fine china, silver plate flatware, depression glass, Fenton, Stangl, McCoy, California Pottery and more.
