Mandatory Nevada sales tax (8.25%) applies to all purchases, unless a valid resale certification is presented at time of sale. Cash is preferred; credit cards are accepted over $50.00 or checks under $200.00. Buyers are personally responsible for removing and transporting all purchased items from estate sale premises. Outside moving service may be arranged for extra large/heavy items to your residence for a fee, which is strictly between the buyer and the mover based on distance, weight, and load size. NBES is not responsible for any accidents during the sale or while loading/moving items. |

Sun City Anthem Estate Sale. This current estate sale is located in a large home within the Sun City Anthem Community in Henderson. We’re looking forward to seeing many current friends and new customers on Friday, Sept. 22nd and Saturday, Sept. 23rd. This sale runs from 8 AM - 3 PM at 2123 Clearwater Lake Dr., Henderson 89044. (THIS IS OUR SECOND SALE ON THIS STREET – IT IS NOT A DUPLICATE OF LAST WEEK’S SALE!) NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE … PRICES ARE NOT DISCLOSED PRIOR TO THE SALE. A nearby key intersection is Anthem Pkwy. and Red Valley Av. Further specific directions, a street map and our NBES Terms and Conditions are provided on our website (below) along with 100 photos and descriptive samples of this home's offerings. Most rooms, the garage and patio will be open, and many items await your review. We request that all large purses and bags be left in your automobile. We hope to see you this weekend.
