Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must register with name, address, phone number, and email address. Winning Bidder Notification & Invoice: Shortly after the close of the auction winning bidders will receive an email with an invoice for your purchases attached. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash or good check at pick up during the designated time. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the info for each individual auction. Shipping: We will gladly mail your purchase to you if you are from out of the area. Please call the office of Monticello Middle School at 870-367-4040 to let them know you will be mailing your payment and to get the mailing address for the school. |
