We use a number system on the first morning to allow those who waited the longest to come in first, and allow more to enter every few minutes depending on available space.

  • From downtown Charleston's South Side Bridge (Dickson Street), drive toward the mountain & stay in left lane
  • turn left at light for Lounden Heights Road
  • Turn right near Grosscup Road(first road on right) & enter Newton Road through the iron gates.
  • NOTE: Newton Road is a private road and will be one-way traffic only on sale days - no one will be able to enter from Bridge Road.
Parking:  Limited parking will be available (approx. 12-14 cars).  Upon arrival, please follow parking guidance from our staff.
DO NOT block through traffic for Newton or Louden Heights roads at any time - thank you!
