Thank you so much for understanding that we often times have shoes off/booties required sales due to weather or a house closing immediately after the sale.
Also please remember
1. If you set aside an item in the check out area please be certain you are going to purchase it. Please do not put sold signs on larger pieces unless you are certain you are buying it. Sold signs will be removed if not paid for within a half hour. It is unfair to other customers if you hold items for long periods of times and then decide you do not want it.
2. One day sale reductions, All prices are firm until 2pm. You must pay for any item you are holding or have saved at checkout prior to 2pm. This will be enforced by our staff, and you will be gently reminded to check out. Thanks for understanding :)
Formal Thomasville Dining room set
Becker Baby Grand Piano
1982 Triumph TR8Canadian (metric) car with ~113,370KM (70,444 miles). Fuel injected. Car has been sitting for 8 years. Here are pertinent facts about the car:

Very solid. The only rust found is on the wheel arch of the right front fender and a very small amount at the base of the left rear dogleg. However, we have not had the car up in the air for an under-body examination.
A new battery was installed so electronics could be tested:
Headlights, wipers, turn signals, emergency flashers work. Clock worked for a bit, then stopped.
Starter works.
Engine turns over, but no attempt was made to start the car.
Tires were inflated and are currently holding air.
Brake pads/shoes have apparently rusted to the rotors/drums. Car does not roll.
Clutch works.
Interior in fair condition. No rips or seam separations in the seats. Presentable with a good cleaning.
Aftermarket radio installed. Working. Power antenna not working.
Top in good shape, back window clear.
Driver door closes/latches but is not aligned properly…Looks like it’s not completely closed. Found striker plate loose. Tightened, but did not adjust.
Trunk floor is solid and includes a spare with correct matching wheel, lug wrench and proper jack. |
