This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

Description: We are having a great estate sale in Beverly Hills. This breathtaking estate may look familiar. You are not having déjà vu. We did an estate sale at this estate a year ago for the previous owners. The new owners have downsized into this estate and as a result are having to part with a number of their furniture items, collectables, and clothing at this estate sale. There are a number of unique and great items!
This estate is filled with a mix of modern contemporary designer and classic hard to find American and Asian antique items.
The furniture includes a beautiful Christopher Guy dining table with 12 chairs, a linen sofa, a glass topped wooden kitchenette table, an antique Asian credenza, two marble topped Demilune tables, an antique Asian buffet, multiple antique chests, a modern Lucite and glass display cabinet, multiple modern TV stands, multiple accent tables, multiple accent chairs, an antique Asian screen, multiple display cabinets, a large purple tufted king bed, Multiple double beds, multiple high quality faux plants in designer pots, multiple lamps, mirrors, and much much more.
There is a collection of exquisite crystal, porcelain, and decor items. The designers include, but are not limited to, Waterford, Baccarat, Saint Louis, Christofle, Lalique, and Lindner. Very stunning!
There is also a pool table, multiple flat screen TVs, and other electronic items.
There are also a number of handmade antique rugs.
The estate has a large collection of art. Both traditional and modern in style. All of the art is framed beautifully. There are original oil paintings by artists such as Sam Park, Wen Ze Chen, and others. Wow! There are also multple signed Peter Max posters.
There will also be designer women’s clothing and shoes from designers such as Hermes, Chanel, Gucci, Loro Piana, and more. The sizes range from XS-M.
There is a collection of beautiful designer fur coats and accessories.
There are a large number of decorative items such as pots, vases, faux plants, beautiful bedding, DVDs, and other household items.
Also, please remember there are no hand bags allowed into the sale. Please bring your own boxes. Please plan accordingly.
Note: The piano is not for sale.
Parking: There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The security guard will be happy to help you.
