You will be entering the property at your own risk. If you bring your children they must stay with you at all times. All items sold as is. No refunds or returns. Please look before you buy. This will be a cash only sale. 25% deposit to hold any item while you run to the bank. We are a business and we MUST charge sales tax. If you are a dealer you must bring your resale permit with you or you will be charged sales tax.No exceptions. Note- If you buy large or heavy items you must move them. We DO NOT lift or load anything. You must bring your own help, tools, hand truck, etc. Some large items may not be movable until the end of the sale day.1:00 PM. Please ask before you buy. We provide limited bags and wrapping for your purchases. |

Framed art throughout the home, including a Paval. The dining room is filled with vintage silverplate pieces and beautiful linens. The kitchen is beyond full with a large collection of Corning Ware also a Kenmore elite side by side refrigerator. There is a nice selectin of ladies clothing, shoes and furs.
