All are welcome to our estate sales. We accept cash and credit cards (Visa/MC). All sales are final, as is, and no refunds. We ask that you take your items with you at time of purchase or make arrangements with us if too large to take immediately. We use a number system on the first morning to allow those who waited the longest to come in first, and allow more to enter every few minutes depending on available space.

WORTH THE DRIVE!! Saturday the 17th is the LAST DAY!!! in Ripley, West Virginia just off I-77.
WE'LL BE MAKING SOME GREAT BARGAINS TODAY! Note: Family will be staying at the home and asks that we not "early bird" them. So, please be respectful of this and not knock on the door at 6am. We'll give out numbers at the door that morning for your convenience. Then the doors will open by 9:30 Friday. DIRECTIONS: Take I-77 to Exit 138 (30 miles from Charleston & Poca or only 35 Miles South of Parkersburg). Turn onto Rt. 33 toward Downtown Ripley. Pass Rt. 21 and continue on Rt. 33 for 3.4 miles (passing Exxon Station). Turn Right onto Shatto Road (Shatto Church sign on corner). 2.5 miles down Shatto Road is our sale. You will pass a small well-marked eroded area of the road, a log cabin near Zion ridge, then house is on right about 3/4 miles more. PARKING: Lots of parking will be available along the road before the barn, in the barnyard and on both sides of the road after the driveway. Please DO NOT park "IN" the road as it's narrow. Nestled in the hills of Ripley is a fabulous estate sale. This as a 2-story home and garage full of great finds, furniture, tools, antiques, housewares, books, decorative items and more!
