  This week we have a very interesting Estate Sale in Garland at the home of an architect who collected lots of traditional stuff, Southwestern art, and Native American memorabilia.  This house is packed with assorted vintage items in very good to excellent condition.  We have more than the usual amount of clothing for men (pants 38” x 32” & shirts 16½” x 33”) and plenty of framed art in each room.  We have two large bookcases filled with assorted art books and architectural books and two other bookcases of cosmetics.  We have a very nice Kimball piano with matching bench and a table with baskets of assorted jewelry.  Come early for best selection.  We will limit the number of people in the house and will distribute sequential numbers to those who are waiting to enter.  Thanks for your patience!

  Entry / Living Room / Checkout Area – features framed art along with vintage décor.  We have a hand-colored print by Jobius Riccio which is framed without glass.  We have a carved duck by Mike Benner 1985 and a Nude etched into a brass panel (nicely framed).  There is a shadow box embossed paper (20” x 26”) and six small paintings by Lenore.  We also have a parrot by Mangle, embossed orchids by West, and three silk screens by Cymaurice (27” x 33”) #77/304, and (26” x 32”) #35/150 and (26” x 32”) #138/159.  We have some woven and dyed silk scarves.  They are new and should be hand washed and line dried.  We have baskets of costume jewelry including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pins, findings, beads and stones, key chains, and pin-on round buttons.  We also have some sterling jewelry including rings, necklaces, earrings and a few pins at the check-out table.  We have lots of interesting goodies in the case so ask for help.  We have a very large painting (40” x 60”) by Warren Cullar 1994 who is a sculptor, painter, and writer living in Austin, Texas.  Warren began his career as an on-location watercolorist (Plein Air).  He spent 20 years as a professional watercolorist painting on location in places such as Easter Island, Egypt, Brazil, Spain, Mexico, and Venezuela, to name a few of the 39 countries he has stamped in his passport.  There is a framed eagle print (30” x 38”) #101/300 by Bern Seaburn and a framed sailboat print (28” x 35”).  We have a matted & framed print of pastel trees (42” x 34”) by Pam Stallings.  We also have a Paper Bowl in a nice Plexiglas frame by E. Rose.  We have an authentic Indian drum with carrying case.  We have a tall white southwestern flair floor lamp with shade (BNI).  There is a nice side-table / nightstand with some aqua and blue glassware.  There is a wooden fold down desk / bar shelf with a double door below for more storage.  We set it up as a bar and have lots of interesting bar glasses and accessories staged on it.  There is a side by side Fridge/Freezer in black with in-door water and ice by Frigidaire.  It’s nice and clean and works well.  There is a nice round table with a glass top in good condition with a great red large glass bowl sitting in an iron stand.  There are also four (4) matching arm chairs with rattan backs/seats and stainless steel frames.  We have a Kimball Spinet Piano with a 36” Bench in satin Walnut finish.  We have a sheet music stand and a small cymbal on a stand.  We have some music books and sheet music.  We have a great narrow entry table or sofa table with lots of nice pottery; bowls, vases, and dishes.  We have some assorted painted and glazed colorful geckos to adorn your walls.  We have some nice bottles in assorted shapes and colors.  We have a large life-like four-foot long multi-sectional wood snake.  This is an unusual item and a rare find.  We have a single drum that sits on the floor and an interesting round wood side table with glass top.  The wooden table has an intricate design under the glass.  We have a vintage lamp with golden glass sides made of wood with brass assents.  We have two glass vases, assorted sea shells, and a nice ginger jar vase.  The fireplace holds lots of nice pottery along with a nice beveled mirror.  We have a dramatic large polished metal trophy style planter for your front door or as a decoration in your garden.  It has a hole for drainage and a hole in the base for an electrical cord.  We have a nice set of brass fireplace tools, assorted baskets and a pink cowboy boot with flowers.  We have an unusual chair in wood with a brown fabric strung seat.  Come early for the best selection.

  Kitchen & Eating Area – features four boxes by Donald F. Mitchell which are the “Profiles of Dallas Print Series”.  Each series has 12 prints.  Three of the four boxes contain 11 prints and a 12th print is framed and is on the wall in the Master Bedroom.  These prints were purchased at the Turtle Creek Gallery in Dallas.  We have a hand woven multi-colored orange wall art (approximately 6’ x 3’).  There are a lot of interesting items in the kitchen.  We have a stainless air pump pot and two round pottery dishes - one is divided.  There’s is a nice wood cutting board and a cheese grater.  We have utensils and a small house that holds spaghetti noodles.  It’s really cute.  We have a brand new Ninja (never used).  We have a Hamilton Beach Drink/Fountain shake-maker in red and stainless.  There is a Kitchen Living can opener and an electric Buffet Range by Dominion.  We have a Sunbeam stainless steel & black Panini maker or Grill / Press.  We have a variety of blown glass items in pink, blue and aqua.  We have a nice set of pink beach glasses and goblets.  We have multiple sets of cute cups, electric counter top grill, and shrimp cocktail set.  There is a very nice set of Super Nova dishes called attitudes with serving pieces.  We also have two nice sets of flatware.  One is a little larger and nicer than the other.  There is a small dehydrator (never used) and a set of mixing bowls, grater, a Food Saver Vac 800 with all the attachments (new). We have vintage Corning Ware most have covers one has a server with handles.  There is an assortment of Pyrex with covers and more cutting boards.  Summer is coming and our Texas heat calls for ice cream.  We have a vintage RCW ½ gallon Mini Yum-Yum Machine – Model 76 looks like it was never used.  We have assorted nice trays and a great waffle maker.  We have a rooster napkin holder, a small house cookie jar, and a medium size bean pot.  Come early for the best selection.

  Dining Room – features two paper collages (southwestern print) #737/1,000 by O.C. Clifford Brycelea (Navajo artist).  Brycelea is a mystical artist, a spiritual artist and a realist.  There is a paper collage #99/250 by Sol Calero in a Plexiglas frame called “Grecian Fan”.  In her immersive, vibrant installations and paintings, Sol Calero mines her Latin American heritage to create works that foreground and celebrate its culture.  There are two embossed prints one is #217/350 called “Golden Mean” (31” x 38”) and the other is #221/350 called “Logorythian” (31” x 38”).  We have an Embossed Paper in Plexiglas frame called “Jigsaw” by Robert Bowley.  We also have a wire sculpture by R. Bruce Salinger called “Flea Plane”.  There is also clay-people mobile which is really unusual and very intricate.   We have two lovely pieces of crystal from Czech Republic which is hand cut by Karl Anton both are of a modern style.  We have three nice modern shaped aqua small art dishes by iittala (a Finland-based company started in the 1800’s).  We also have a life-size carved wood fish.  We have a rectangular dark mahogany tall table which has lots of goodies on it.  There is a three section warming server, candle sticks, Asian tea set with cups, a nice vintage ruby red rimmed serving dish, a nice leaf-like Mikasa bowl, and incense in assorted fragrances.  We have a tray full of assorted glass items, some smaller vases, and a pink trim oval platter.  We have assorted purple glass items.  The large window sill features some unusual bottles, crafts, and colored art glass items.  There are also two matching lighted three shelf display units.  One has a Galileo weather center (new with box) There is a fluted bowl with ruby pink edges for salads, and a nice crystal vase with tall candle stick.  We have a tulip basket with handle and a nice collection of roosters.  We have a half moon beveled edge column table.  Under the table is a metal candle holder that holds lots of candles.  This room also has eight mahogany tall chairs / bar stools with beige cloth covered seats.  The backs of the tall chairs have an open square wood pattern.

  Master Bedroom – features a Zebra area rug with black boarder.  We have nice wood frame suitable for a glass top to create a coffee table.  We are using it to display some nice colorful posters and signed prints.  We have three framed prints by Donald F. Mitchell which are the “Profiles of Dallas Print Series” which match the prints in three of the 4 sets in the Kitchen / Eating area.  There are two Southwestern prints by Rowlette which are framed.  There are also three Egyptian Papyrus prints and another two Southwestern prints by Rabbit which are framed.  We have an Amado pena’ print (12” x 12”) framed.  We have a nice Navajo Sand Painting by Rose Manuelito and a framed embroidered textile panel (Mola – hand-made material) panama and an original pastel by R. Bell of Puble Village framed without glass.  And finally there is a handcrafted print by Jobius Riccio which is framed without glass.  We have three #1/1 modern framed art at by E. Rose 1983.  There are other framed art pieces with no signature.  We have two area rugs - one is traditional, and the other is southwestern style.  We have a nice Native American head dress.  It is in great condition and a very nice find.  We have a hand woven wool rug by Jake O. Tiapllo.  We have a very nice bedroom set with many pieces.  There is a headboard and footboard with rails and two matching night stands.  There are two matching lamps with shades (BNI) and a matching wood bench.  We have two matching tall narrow chests and a nice dresser.  We also have a large armoire to finish out the bedroom ensemble.  It is hardwood with woven rattan on some of the pieces with an interesting texture.  We have two large rolling racks of men’s clothing in this room.  We have men’s pants (38” x 32”), a Nippon Tuxedo, shirts 16½” x 33” and 16½” x 36”, sweaters XL / XXL, and shoes (size 12).  The suits are by Sturbridge, John Weitz, William St. John, Jerry Leonard, Lacrosse, Cricketer, Palascrane, John Mabry, Chaps, Botany 500, Palm Beach, and Hart Schaffner & Marx.

  Office / Middle Bedroom – features a large bookshelf dedicated to office items.  We have two bookshelves dedicated to architectural books and art books.  We have another two book shelved dedicated to cosmetics. Cosmetic brands include Clinique, Lancôme, Guerlain, Estee Lauder, Prescriptives, Denese, Signature Club A, Clientele, NARS, Trish McEvoy, Wei East, Wen, Sisley, Givenchy, Lancaster, Bobby Brown and Adrian Arpel.  We have some interesting cameras and equipment.  We have two Canon cameras with some nice lens, flash attachments and camera bags.  We also have a Pentax camera.  There are also Polaroid cameras, Canon Sure Shot and a small Kodak camera.  We also have a Program Plus Camera, an extension arm and many other accessories.  We have a box of maps and pamphlets, boxes of cosmetic samples and a box of office papers.  There is a nice architectural/drafting desk that tilts to a comfortable level.  We have assorted office items and a nice desk lamp.  We have a vintage Kroy lettering system with extra wheels and Yankee Roll Film Tank.  We have a nice office chair with fives legs w/casters.

  Corner Bedroom – features more art.  We have a print of horses; Aquatint (21” x 28”).  There is a “Day Lily” which is #31/80 by Nancy Leslie and a Aquatint (13” x 16”) also by Nancy Leslie.  There is suede Hoop Wall Hanging with painting and feathers by Shea (1991).  We have a nice headboard and footboard w/rails and two matching night stands.  We have a pair of brass ginger jar lamps w/shades (BNI).  We have a matching six-drawer chest and a matching triple dresser with mirror.  We also have men’s leisure pants (38” x 32”) along with lots of neat sweaters and sweatshirts size XL.  We also have a vintage white painted ceramic lamp with shade (BNI).  There is a nice jewelry box along with some linens and throw pillows.  We also have string puppets.  They are real cute (male and female).  This corner bedroom also has a rack of men’s short sleeve shirts and some jackets along with assorted size 12 casual shoes.

  Small Hallway to the Garage – features a Kenmore Washer and Dryer (older set).  They work well.  We also have assorted cleaning items and detergents along with an ironing board.

  Large Double Garage – features a vintage 1960’s Coca-Cola (Bottle) Vending Machine.  It is in good condition and it’s a great find.  There is a two-drawer beige standard file cabinet and a two-drawer black lateral file cabinet.  We also have a beige four drawer lateral file cabinet.  We have a vintage old and very heavy fan.  We have a wooden wall rack and some folding green beach chairs.  We have a nice framed tree picture and assorted brass pots.  We have two replacement overhead (ceiling) lights.  Ask for help as they are on a higher shelf.  We have some folding chairs in their carry bags, and we have electronic components.  Located on a lower shelf we have a Thermos beverage dispenser and a sleeping bag, a metal green tackle/storage box, and a fish net.  We have a Coleman lantern (new with tags).  We also have two ASPEN long cots (24” x 76”) in the original boxes.  We have a Sony component system MHC-G100 with speakers and a pair of Sony speakers.  There is a Pioneer Receiver SX-255R and an Electrophonic turntable with dust cover; there is also a Rocketfish Audio Amp and a pair of Panasonic speakers.  We have two FIOS cable boxes by Verizon.  We have three small animal travel crates and a brass coat tree.  We have a great patio set with a tall round table.  It has four metal tall swivel patio chairs.  This set is in great condition.  We have assorted columns and a vintage rattan with metal frame love seat with cushion, a rattan with metal frame chair with cushion, and a metal and rattan top coffee table.  We have a colorful area rug in good condition (ask to have it unrolled).  We have some large terracotta pots and an Iron State of Texas.  We have a wood rack and some book shelves full of Christmas items.  We have many lights, assorted nut crackers (various sizes), Santa’s wrapping paper, and bags.  We have stockings, bulbs, and tree decorations.  There is a lot more, so come early to take a look.  We have an iron planter basket as kit and a nice assortment of candles (most are new).  We even have a self-portrait head of Eugene Pizel (the former homeowner).  We have some unique pottery items and a modern lamp with no shade (BNI).  There is a nice size concrete bird bath, and we have another beige area rug that is rolled (ask to have it unrolled).  There are two vintage rattan arm chairs with swirl sides and two concrete top tables with iron legs.  We have a vintage letter school jacket and another vintage jacket in navy blue.  We have a stack of four armless iron patio chairs in need of paint and cushions.  There are collectable cups, a large assortment of votive candle holders, and cute candle burning mini lanterns.  We have a talking fish, stuffed animals and assorted dart boards.  We have a fish tank with interesting accessories.  We have lots of interesting knick-knacks and decorative items on shelves.  The white shelves are not for sale because they’re staying with the house.  We have two vintage bucket chairs with seat cushions, and there is a round vintage rattan table.  We have a pair of vintage water skis, baseballs, bats, Frisbees, vintage cars and trucks, tennis rackets, and water safety vests.  There is a vintage Pyrene Soda Acid Fire Extinguisher (a great find).  We have some nice framed art and a small round glass top patio side table.  This large double garage is packed full of interesting items in every nook and cranny.  Come early for the best selection.

Mitchell which are the “Profiles of Dallas Print Series”.  Each series has 12 prints.  Three of the four boxes contain 11 prints and a 12th print is framed and is on the wall in the Master Bedroom.  These prints were purchased at the Turtle Creek Gallery in Dallas.  We have a hand woven multi-colored orange wall art (approximately 6’ x 3’).  There are a lot of interesting items in the kitchen.  We have a stainless air pump pot and two round pottery dishes - one is divided.  There’s is a nice wood cutting board and a cheese grater.  We have utensils and a small house that holds spaghetti noodles.  It’s really cute.  We have a brand new Ninja (never used).  We have a Hamilton Beach Drink/Fountain shake-maker in red and stainless.  There is a Kitchen Living can opener and an electric Buffet Range by Dominion.  We have a Sunbeam stainless steel & black Panini maker or Grill / Press.  We have a variety of blown glass items in pink, blue and aqua.  We have a nice set of pink beach glasses and goblets.  We have multiple sets of cute cups, electric counter top grill, and shrimp cocktail set.  There is a very nice set of Super Nova dishes called attitudes with serving pieces.  We also have two nice sets of flatware.  One is a little larger and nicer than the other.  There is a small dehydrator (never used) and a set of mixing bowls, grater, a Food Saver Vac 800 with all the attachments (new). We have vintage Corning Ware most have covers one has a server with handles.  There is an assortment of Pyrex with covers and more cutting boards.  Summer is coming and our Texas heat calls for ice cream.  We have a vintage RCW ½ gallon Mini Yum-Yum Machine – Model 76 looks like it was never used.  We have assorted nice trays and a great waffle maker.  We have a rooster napkin holder, a small house cookie jar, and a medium size bean pot.  Come early for the best selection.

  Dining Room – features two paper collages (southwestern print) #737/1,000 by O.C. Clifford Brycelea (Navajo artist).  Brycelea is a mystical artist, a spiritual artist and a realist.  There is a paper collage #99/250 by Sol Calero in a Plexiglas frame called “Grecian Fan”.  In her immersive, vibrant installations and paintings, Sol Calero mines her Latin American heritage to create works that foreground and celebrate its culture.  There are two embossed prints one is #217/350 called “Golden Mean” (31” x 38”) and the other is #221/350 called “Logorythian” (31” x 38”).  We have an Embossed Paper in Plexiglas frame called “Jigsaw” by Robert Bowley.  We also have a wire sculpture by R. Bruce Salinger called “Flea Plane”.  There is also clay-people mobile which is really unusual and very intricate.   We have two lovely pieces of crystal from Czech Republic which is hand cut by Karl Anton both are of a modern style.  We have three nice modern shaped aqua small art dishes by iittala (a Finland-based company started in the 1800’s).  We also have a life-size carved wood fish.  We have a rectangular dark mahogany tall table which has lots of goodies on it.  There is a three section warming server, candle sticks, Asian tea set with cups, a nice vintage ruby red rimmed serving dish, a nice leaf-like Mikasa bowl, and incense in assorted fragrances.  We have a tray full of assorted glass items, some smaller vases, and a pink trim oval platter.  We have assorted purple glass items.  The large window sill features some unusual bottles, crafts, and colored art glass items.  There are also two matching lighted three shelf display units.  One has a Galileo weather center (new with box) There is a fluted bowl with ruby pink edges for salads, and a nice crystal vase with tall candle stick.  We have a tulip basket with handle and a nice collection of roosters.  We have a half moon beveled edge column table.  Under the table is a metal candle holder that holds lots of candles.  This room also has eight mahogany tall chairs / bar stools with beige cloth covered seats.  The backs of the tall chairs have an open square wood pattern.

  Master Bedroom – features a Zebra area rug with black boarder.  We have nice wood frame suitable for a glass top to create a coffee table.  We are using it to display some nice colorful posters and signed prints.  We have three framed prints by Donald F. Mitchell which are the “Profiles of Dallas Print Series” which match the prints in three of the 4 sets in the Kitchen / Eating area.  There are two Southwestern prints by Rowlette which are framed.  There are also three Egyptian Papyrus prints and another two Southwestern prints by Rabbit which are framed.  We have an Amado pena’ print (12” x 12”) framed.  We have a nice Navajo Sand Painting by Rose Manuelito and a framed embroidered textile panel (Mola – hand-made material) panama and an original pastel by R. Bell of Puble Village framed without glass.  And finally there is a handcrafted print by Jobius Riccio which is framed without glass.  We have three #1/1 modern framed art at by E. Rose 1983.  There are other framed art pieces with no signature.  We have two area rugs - one is traditional, and the other is southwestern style.  We have a nice Native American head dress.  It is in great condition and a very nice find.  We have a hand woven wool rug by Jake O. Tiapllo.  We have a very nice bedroom set with many pieces.  There is a headboard and footboard with rails and two matching night stands.  There are two matching lamps with shades (BNI) and a matching wood bench.  We have two matching tall narrow chests and a nice dresser.  We also have a large armoire to finish out the bedroom ensemble.  It is hardwood with woven rattan on some of the pieces with an interesting texture.  We have two large rolling racks of men’s clothing in this room.  We have men’s pants (38” x 32”), a Nippon Tuxedo, shirts 16½” x 33” and 16½” x 36”, sweaters XL / XXL, and shoes (size 12).  The suits are by Sturbridge, John Weitz, William St. John, Jerry Leonard, Lacrosse, Cricketer, Palascrane, John Mabry, Chaps, Botany 500, Palm Beach, and Hart Schaffner & Marx.

  Office / Middle Bedroom – features a large bookshelf dedicated to office items.  We have two bookshelves dedicated to architectural books and art books.  We have another two book shelved dedicated to cosmetics. Cosmetic brands include Clinique, Lancôme, Guerlain, Estee Lauder, Prescriptives, Denese, Signature Club A, Clientele, NARS, Trish McEvoy, Wei East, Wen, Sisley, Givenchy, Lancaster, Bobby Brown and Adrian Arpel.  We have some interesting cameras and equipment.  We have two Canon cameras with some nice lens, flash attachments and camera bags.  We also have a Pentax camera.  There are also Polaroid cameras, Canon Sure Shot and a small Kodak camera.  We also have a Program Plus Camera, an extension arm and many other accessories.  We have a box of maps and pamphlets, boxes of cosmetic samples and a box of office papers.  There is a nice architectural/drafting desk that tilts to a comfortable level.  We have assorted office items and a nice desk lamp.  We have a vintage Kroy lettering system with extra wheels and Yankee Roll Film Tank.  We have a nice office chair with fives legs w/casters.

  Corner Bedroom – features more art.  We have a print of horses; Aquatint (21” x 28”).  There is a “Day Lily” which is #31/80 by Nancy Leslie and a Aquatint (13” x 16”) also by Nancy Leslie.  There is suede Hoop Wall Hanging with painting and feathers by Shea (1991).  We have a nice headboard and footboard w/rails and two matching night stands.  We have a pair of brass ginger jar lamps w/shades (BNI).  We have a matching six-drawer chest and a matching triple dresser with mirror.  We also have men’s leisure pants (38” x 32”) along with lots of neat sweaters and sweatshirts size XL.  We also have a vintage white painted ceramic lamp with shade (BNI).  There is a nice jewelry box along with some linens and throw pillows.  We also have string puppets.  They are real cute (male and female).  This corner bedroom also has a rack of men’s short sleeve shirts and some jackets along with assorted size 12 casual shoes.

  Small Hallway to the Garage – features a Kenmore Washer and Dryer (older set).  They work well.  We also have assorted cleaning items and detergents along with an ironing board.

  Large Double Garage – features a vintage 1960’s Coca-Cola (Bottle) Vending Machine.  It is in good condition and it’s a great find.  There is a two-drawer beige standard file cabinet and a two-drawer black lateral file cabinet.  We also have a beige four drawer lateral file cabinet.  We have a vintage old and very heavy fan.  We have a wooden wall rack and some folding green beach chairs.  We have a nice framed tree picture and assorted brass pots.  We have two replacement overhead (ceiling) lights.  Ask for help as they are on a higher shelf.  We have some folding chairs in their carry bags, and we have electronic components.  Located on a lower shelf we have a Thermos beverage dispenser and a sleeping bag, a metal green tackle/storage box, and a fish net.  We have a Coleman lantern (new with tags).  We also have two ASPEN long cots (24” x 76”) in the original boxes.  We have a Sony component system MHC-G100 with speakers and a pair of Sony speakers.  There is a Pioneer Receiver SX-255R and an Electrophonic turntable with dust cover; there is also a Rocketfish Audio Amp and a pair of Panasonic speakers.  We have two FIOS cable boxes by Verizon.  We have three small animal travel crates and a brass coat tree.  We have a great patio set with a tall round table.  It has four metal tall swivel patio chairs.  This set is in great condition.  We have assorted columns and a vintage rattan with metal frame love seat with cushion, a rattan with metal frame chair with cushion, and a metal and rattan top coffee table.  We have a colorful area rug in good condition (ask to have it unrolled).  We have some large terracotta pots and an Iron State of Texas.  We have a wood rack and some book shelves full of Christmas items.  We have many lights, assorted nut crackers (various sizes), Santa’s wrapping paper, and bags.  We have stockings, bulbs, and tree decorations.  There is a lot more, so come early to take a look.  We have an iron planter basket as kit and a nice assortment of candles (most are new).  We even have a self-portrait head of Eugene Pizel (the former homeowner).  We have some unique pottery items and a modern lamp with no shade (BNI).  There is a nice size concrete bird bath, and we have another beige area rug that is rolled (ask to have it unrolled).  There are two vintage rattan arm chairs with swirl sides and two concrete top tables with iron legs.  We have a vintage letter school jacket and another vintage jacket in navy blue.  We have a stack of four armless iron patio chairs in need of paint and cushions.  There are collectable cups, a large assortment of votive candle holders, and cute candle burning mini lanterns.  We have a talking fish, stuffed animals and assorted dart boards.  We have a fish tank with interesting accessories.  We have lots of interesting knick-knacks and decorative items on shelves.  The white shelves are not for sale because they’re staying with the house.  We have two vintage bucket chairs with seat cushions, and there is a round vintage rattan table.  We have a pair of vintage water skis, baseballs, bats, Frisbees, vintage cars and trucks, tennis rackets, and water safety vests.  There is a vintage Pyrene Soda Acid Fire Extinguisher (a great find).  We have some nice framed art and a small round glass top patio side table.  This large double garage is packed full of interesting items in every nook and cranny.  Come early for the best selection.

  This week we have a very interesting Estate Sale in Garland at the home of an architect who collected lots of traditional stuff, Southwestern art, and Native American memorabilia.  This house is packed with assorted vintage items in very good to excellent condition.  We have more than the usual amount of clothing for men (pants 38” x 32” & shirts 16½” x 33”) and plenty of framed art in each room.  We have two large bookcases filled with assorted art books and architectural books and two other bookcases of cosmetics.  We have a very nice Kimball piano with matching bench and a table with baskets of assorted jewelry.  Come early for best selection.  We will limit the number of people in the house and will distribute sequential numbers to those who are waiting to enter.  Thanks for your patience!

  Entry / Living Room / Checkout Area – features framed art along with vintage décor.  We have a hand-colored print by Jobius Riccio which is framed without glass.  We have a carved duck by Mike Benner 1985 and a Nude etched into a brass panel (nicely framed).  There is a shadow box embossed paper (20” x 26”) and six small paintings by Lenore.  We also have a parrot by Mangle, embossed orchids by West, and three silk screens by Cymaurice (27” x 33”) #77/304, and (26” x 32”) #35/150 and (26” x 32”) #138/159.  We have some woven and dyed silk scarves.  They are new and should be hand washed and line dried.  We have baskets of costume jewelry including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pins, findings, beads and stones, key chains, and pin-on round buttons.  We also have some sterling jewelry including rings, necklaces, earrings and a few pins at the check-out table.  We have lots of interesting goodies in the case so ask for help.  We have a very large painting (40” x 60”) by Warren Cullar 1994 who is a sculptor, painter, and writer living in Austin, Texas.  Warren began his career as an on-location watercolorist (Plein Air).  He spent 20 years as a professional watercolorist painting on location in places such as Easter Island, Egypt, Brazil, Spain, Mexico, and Venezuela, to name a few of the 39 countries he has stamped in his passport.  There is a framed eagle print (30” x 38”) #101/300 by Bern Seaburn and a framed sailboat print (28” x 35”).  We have a matted & framed print of pastel trees (42” x 34”) by Pam Stallings.  We also have a Paper Bowl in a nice Plexiglas frame by E. Rose.  We have an authentic Indian drum with carrying case.  We have a tall white southwestern flair floor lamp with shade (BNI).  There is a nice side-table / nightstand with some aqua and blue glassware.  There is a wooden fold down desk / bar shelf with a double door below for more storage.  We set it up as a bar and have lots of interesting bar glasses and accessories staged on it.  There is a side by side Fridge/Freezer in black with in-door water and ice by Frigidaire.  It’s nice and clean and works well.  There is a nice round table with a glass top in good condition with a great red large glass bowl sitting in an iron stand.  There are also four (4) matching arm chairs with rattan backs/seats and stainless steel frames.  We have a Kimball Spinet Piano with a 36” Bench in satin Walnut finish.  We have a sheet music stand and a small cymbal on a stand.  We have some music books and sheet music.  We have a great narrow entry table or sofa table with lots of nice pottery; bowls, vases, and dishes.  We have some assorted painted and glazed colorful geckos to adorn your walls.  We have some nice bottles in assorted shapes and colors.  We have a large life-like four-foot long multi-sectional wood snake.  This is an unusual item and a rare find.  We have a single drum that sits on the floor and an interesting round wood side table with glass top.  The wooden table has an intricate design under the glass.  We have a vintage lamp with golden glass sides made of wood with brass assents.  We have two glass vases, assorted sea shells, and a nice ginger jar vase.  The fireplace holds lots of nice pottery along with a nice beveled mirror.  We have a dramatic large polished metal trophy style planter for your front door or as a decoration in your garden.  It has a hole for drainage and a hole in the base for an electrical cord.  We have a nice set of brass fireplace tools, assorted baskets and a pink cowboy boot with flowers.  We have an unusual chair in wood with a brown fabric strung seat.  Come early for the best selection.

  Corner Bedroom – features more art.  We have a print of horses; Aquatint (21” x 28”).  There is a “Day Lily” which is #31/80 by Nancy Leslie and a Aquatint (13” x 16”) also by Nancy Leslie.  There is suede Hoop Wall Hanging with painting and feathers by Shea (1991).  We have a nice headboard and footboard w/rails and two matching night stands.  We have a pair of brass ginger jar lamps w/shades (BNI).  We have a matching six-drawer chest and a matching triple dresser with mirror.  We also have men’s leisure pants (38” x 32”) along with lots of neat sweaters and sweatshirts size XL.  We also have a vintage white painted ceramic lamp with shade (BNI).  There is a nice jewelry box along with some linens and throw pillows.  We also have string puppets.  They are real cute (male and female).  This corner bedroom also has a rack of men’s short sleeve shirts and some jackets along with assorted size 12 casual shoes.

  Small Hallway to the Garage – features a Kenmore Washer and Dryer (older set).  They work well.  We also have assorted cleaning items and detergents along with an ironing board.

  Large Double Garage – features a vintage 1960’s Coca-Cola (Bottle) Vending Machine.  It is in good condition and it’s a great find.  There is a two-drawer beige standard file cabinet and a two-drawer black lateral file cabinet.  We also have a beige four drawer lateral file cabinet.  We have a vintage old and very heavy fan.  We have a wooden wall rack and some folding green beach chairs.  We have a nice framed tree picture and assorted brass pots.  We have two replacement overhead (ceiling) lights.  Ask for help as they are on a higher shelf.  We have some folding chairs in their carry bags, and we have electronic components.  Located on a lower shelf we have a Thermos beverage dispenser and a sleeping bag, a metal green tackle/storage box, and a fish net.  We have a Coleman lantern (new with tags).  We also have two ASPEN long cots (24” x 76”) in the original boxes.  We have a Sony component system MHC-G100 with speakers and a pair of Sony speakers.  There is a Pioneer Receiver SX-255R and an Electrophonic turntable with dust cover; there is also a Rocketfish Audio Amp and a pair of Panasonic speakers.  We have two FIOS cable boxes by Verizon.  We have three small animal travel crates and a brass coat tree.  We have a great patio set with a tall round table.  It has four metal tall swivel patio chairs.  This set is in great condition.  We have assorted columns and a vintage rattan with metal frame love seat with cushion, a rattan with metal frame chair with cushion, and a metal and rattan top coffee table.  We have a colorful area rug in good condition (ask to have it unrolled).  We have some large terracotta pots and an Iron State of Texas.  We have a wood rack and some book shelves full of Christmas items.  We have many lights, assorted nut crackers (various sizes), Santa’s wrapping paper, and bags.  We have stockings, bulbs, and tree decorations.  There is a lot more, so come early to take a look.  We have an iron planter basket as kit and a nice assortment of candles (most are new).  We even have a self-portrait head of Eugene Pizel (the former homeowner).  We have some unique pottery items and a modern lamp with no shade (BNI).  There is a nice size concrete bird bath, and we have another beige area rug that is rolled (ask to have it unrolled).  There are two vintage rattan arm chairs with swirl sides and two concrete top tables with iron legs.  We have a vintage letter school jacket and another vintage jacket in navy blue.  We have a stack of four armless iron patio chairs in need of paint and cushions.  There are collectable cups, a large assortment of votive candle holders, and cute candle burning mini lanterns.  We have a talking fish, stuffed animals and assorted dart boards.  We have a fish tank with interesting accessories.  We have lots of interesting knick-knacks and decorative items on shelves.  The white shelves are not for sale because they’re staying with the house.  We have two vintage bucket chairs with seat cushions, and there is a round vintage rattan table.  We have a pair of vintage water skis, baseballs, bats, Frisbees, vintage cars and trucks, tennis rackets, and water safety vests.  There is a vintage Pyrene Soda Acid Fire Extinguisher (a great find).  We have some nice framed art and a small round glass top patio side table.  This large double garage is packed full of interesting items in every nook and cranny.  Come early for the best selection.
