If you DO have a valid resale certificate, then PLEASE bring your certificate and paperwork to show us........OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED SALES TAX !! We verify certificates ON SITE (on smart phone) at the State Board of Equalization website !!!! Any estate seller who is NOT charging, and remitting, sales tax to the state of CA, is breaking the law. *** PLEASE NOTICE.......We hand out numbers 1 hour prior to the opening of the sale to those who are PHYSICALLY IN LINE. If you chose to place a marker to hold a place in line before numbers, then you MUST stay around the property to watch over your marker. The estate sale staff is NOT AT ALL respondsible for unattended markers or if you are NOT there when we hand out numbers. PAYMENTS: Cash Personal checks Credit cards accepted over $25((under $100 there is a $2 bank service fee)) EVERYTHING will be sold......."AS IS" & "WHERE IS" and that's how we sell it.....(did you see how I did that?) There are NO returns so PLEASE.......look over your purchases carefully BEFORE buying. Please inspect your purchases BEFORE buying.......there are NO RETURNS for any reason. Once it leaves the house, it does not come back !! NOTHING will be pre-sold !! Everything you see in the photos is what is at the sale !! (( unless the family decided to keep something at the last minute, after all, it is their stuff )) You MUST bring your own truck, tools & help......we DO NOT help you remove large items. Our staff is NOT your labor.......we have a sale to run. ALL items that you purchase "MUST" be removed from the property by the end of the sale !! PLEASE..........BE COURTEOUS TO OTHERS AROUND YOU. WELCOME FRIENDS !! PARKING.......it's gonna be tough This estate sale has some REALLY COOL stuff in it !! Owner worked for Disneyland and helped create many of the animatronics at the park. He also owned a Schwinn bike shop in Orange, so there are a few vintage Schwinn items. We have several full sized music boxes including: A RARE Nelson Wiggen Orchestral No. 5x by the Marquette Music Co., A Coinola Cupid model w/ xylophone A Seeburg KT replica .......all with appraisals. These are full size orchestral music boxes.....like what was in the train station at Disneyland. Owner restored pianos, especially player pianos, so we have a lot of parts for them. House has lots of coin op items as he also loved to restore many of the vintage games There are 2 National cash registers with keys! Lots of vintage items throughout the house. Beautiful oak buffet Vintage Hozier cabinet. Dining & kitchen table and chairs Nice king size bedroom set Matching white couches Books (no LP's) Desks - Roll top desk Martha Washington style sewing cabinet This garage is full, wait....I mean PACKED with LOTS of fun stuff.....see photos. There are numerous vintage Simplicity Pattern storage drawers all around the walls of the garage, see photo 77 and more THERE IS SOOOOOOOO MUCH HERE THAT I HAVE NOT MENTIONED..........SEE PHOTOS !! |
