COOLEST thing in the sale (to me) is the red aluminum picnic table from SOUTHERN PIKNIK Co out of Arkansas.  These tables ON SALE go for $700-800 new - bargain time at 123 Cole!  Two full beds.  VERY NICE chests of drawers and matching dresser.  Washer & Electric Dryer.  Christmas.  Beautiful maple dining table with 6 chairs & matching hutch.  *If maple doesn't fit into your decorating scheme, have you seen the great things people are doing with "chalk paint" over maple?  You can get it at CITY VIEW ANTIQUE MALL in Lake Highlands - tell Joan & Ellen I sent you!

Two sofas & some upholstered furniture & side tables that would work great for dorm rooms!  NICE-LOOKING small entertainment center - we'll even include the TV since it fits just right - what a deal!  Corningware ~ Wood & Aluminum Lawn Loungers ~ SUPER collection of old old BEER STEINS, collected before WW II - a couple even have Lithopane designs in the bottoms - just hold the stein towards the light to see.  Collection of Lefton birds.  LENOX china in the WHEAT pattern has never been used.  Waterford biscuit barrel.  One Lladro figurine - girl holding her pet pig.  One handful of 33s - one-half handful of 78s.  Couple handfuls costume jewelry.

NOW FOR THE BONUS!  Maybe you came to our recent sale in Lakewood in the coolest "modern" house.  Maybe I misunderstood - thought there was nothing stored in the attic - but surprise!  When the new owners came in immediately after the estate sale to do some attic work, it was FULL.  That was the good news - the bad news is that it was full of paper items, and nothing good ever comes to paper items stored in Dallas attics for decades.  So I sifted thru hundreds of pieces of sheet music, postcards, Valentines, old pictures, old old Children's books, and salvaged what I could - some in great condition, some not in great condition - but too charming to toss!  The nice clients at 123 Cole were agreeable to letting us add these salvaged things to the sale - it filled in all the empty spots!  And remember the ultra-modern (at the time) wallpaper in the breakfast area at the Lakewood house - found a couple rolls of that custom designed paper too.
