You can feel the “luck of the Irish” as you walk in this home. From the Waterford goblets to the beautiful decoratives from The Republic of Ireland to the collection of rubber snakes, you’ll know it’s there.
The dining room table and chairs has a matching 4-door china cabinet that makes up a wonderful set. Displayed on the table is a set of Old Country Roses china by Royal Albert, Waterford crystal pieces, crystal serving pieces and a great punch bowl set. Around the room are flower arrangements sure to brighten up any home and a sweet set of marble top nesting tables.
The den is inviting with is white leather sofa, love seat, overstuffed chair and matching ottoman. There are also 2 matching wing-back chairs covered in white fabric to complete the group. White filigree lamps sit on matching accent tables at both ends of the sofa. A little Frank Sinatra on the RCA Victor console stereo and……what a cozy arrangement! On the mantle sits some great brass vases and a collection of brass camels in various sizes. Greenery and silk flowers adorn this room for the perfect touches.
Decorative items throughout the house the decorative items include china pieces by Bareuther Bavaria, a collection of Laurel and Hardy figurines, bone china by Royal Standard in England, a collection of pitchers and a great selection of items from the Republic of Ireland.
There is a wonderful selection of cookware, bakeware small kitchen appliances, a set of dinnerware by The Cellar: Whiteware, green Fostoria goblets and hobnail milk glass.
A beautiful Cherrywood bedroom suite is in the master bedroom. There is a 4-poster queen size bed, a large 3-mirror dresser and nightstands holding beautiful crystal lamps. In a corner sits a soft, green leather wing-back recliner. There is also a ladies dressing table and wonderful Lane cedar chests. The closets are filled with ladies clothing with sizes ranging from 14 to 16 and ladies shoes sizes 8 ½ to 9.
Great garage finds include two freezers: an upright and a large chest type, a Pro-Form 495 Pi Treadmill and a men’s Schwinn Suburban bicycle. There is also an antique Remington 12 typewriter, a great assortment of hand and yard tools and, yes, the rubber snakes!
