-We will not sell any items before the sale starts. We do not discuss pricing of items before the sale starts.

-Customers are responsible for loading or arranging for later pick up of ALL of their purchases. Items not picked up by 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the sale will be donated to charity.

-We accept cash and cards; no checks please.

-All items sold AS IS. No refunds, no returns.

-Please be aware that items pictured may be removed by the owner before the sale.

-Please bring help to load large items as our staff cannot move or load items.

  • 2 antique chandaliers - One electric, one brass and oil with handpainted shade
  • Gorgeous Maroon leather sofa, chair, and ottoman with brass tack accents
  • A large amount of sterling and silverplate by makers like Reed and Barton, Crescent, and more
  • Enormous handmade Oriental rug in great condition; several other rugs in various sizes and styles
  • European ceramics -  a large collection of Limoge, Eastern Germany pieces, and more
  • Militaria from a retired Marine
  • Very nice trunks - Lane Cedar and handmade
  • 2 maple beds (Twin), 2 oak beds(Twin), and a 4--post bed (Queen)
  • 2 large pieces of stained glass, framed and ready to be hung in your window
  • Patio furniture, potting bench, and great potted plants
