Come visit us, our hours Thursday May 31, Noon til 4 PM, Friday June 1 from 9 AM until 2 PM and Saturday June 2 from 9 AM until 12 Noonish! Complete disposal of this estate downsizing and moving sale! You don't want to miss this sale! Watch for the Alpha signs! Go north on the Parkway and turn left onto Mt Charron Road, take the first left (Brewer) and go up the hill, turn right at Rockcliff, then left on Apache to top of the hill to Vivian and watch for our signs.
We will be offering to the highest bidder via sealed bids (we reserve the right to reject any and all bids) a 2000 VW Jetta with 66,460 miles and a 2002 VW Jetta GLX with 73,080 miles. Both cars are in immaculate condition, (see photos) with original one owner miles. Both cars have been serviced and taken good care of. We cannot and will not guarantee the workings of an automobile or any piece of appliance or equipment, you must satisfy yourself as to the condition and quality of what you are purchasing! Please look over the photos!
We are also selling the contents of a beautiful clean 4 bedroom house, furnishings to include a large 50" Visio flat screen TV, Misc Fine Living Room and Den Contemporary Furniture sofas and chairs, books, lamps, contents of kitchen, office furniture,tons of garden tools, riding lawn mower, generator, all sorts of cordless tools, wood chipper, adult peddle cart, patio furnishings to include a grill, vintage solid wood bedroom furniture, to include king bed with rice carving and memory foam mattress (very clean!), dresser, more lamps (one good mid-century), misc items, kitchen, misc office furniture and storage room contents, tools, and much more. Also, a huge and I mean huge model train layout of track and accessories, the largest one I have EVER seen, that takes up nearly the entire double car garage!
