All sales are final and everything will be sold 'As Is'. Please be mindful if you must bring your children as there will be many breakable antiques.
There will be NO large purses allowed in this sale. Boxes and baskets are ok. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. The house has been fully equipped with a cloud recording security camera system. **We do NOT use lists. People will be let in order as they are in line, first come first served. You must be present and cannot hold your place in line with a box or other object. Please be kind to fellow shoppers and we will be able to move through the line quickly. *** *We accept all credit cards. California sales tax is required no tax exemption accepted. Please note Tristan Estate Sales and the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the sale. If you plan to purchase furniture please have your own assistance to load it. We will not have help for heavy lifting. All items must be picked up by end of day. |

With having one family member that refereed boxing matches in Madison Square Garden during the 1930’s and another that was a professional photographer for CBS from 1948- through the 1970’s .... this is going to be a fun estate sale!!! Vintage Photos and Posters ~ many original photographs taken by professional photographer, Herb Schwartz. Schwartz is the family member who worked for CBS and the New York Sun. He earned many honors and awards for his photojournalism. Original vintage travel poster by David Klein, art posters, hickory plaque lithos, Colby printing company poster, Great Sports Memorabilia ~ vintage original photographs and poster size photos of NFL Football, NBA basketball and MLB baseball. There’s also original photos of many horse races, track stars, professional bowlers, tennis players, surfers and more! There’s boxing gloves from a Rocky Marciano fight, and sports pennants and flags. Collectibles ~ large hotel key collection, Pepsi, vintage posters, clowns (many clown figurines by Ron Lee & Fontanini, artwork), books (vintage poetry books, adult books, and more), cast iron bank, high end perfume, many old photographs, good ephemera selection, many great WW2 photos (many military photos in Hawaii and Iwo Jima), many nice Judaica collectibles, and much more!
