As of May 1, 2018, Estate of Mind, Inc. will no longer accept your California Resale Permit for tax exempt purchases. We will collect California Sales Tax on all transactions, except food. Please keep your receipt for filing purposes. On your Board of Equalization form, there is a section for deducting sales tax paid. For over fifteen years, we have accepted resale permits, filed the paperwork, kept fastidious records, updated files, and have been subject to audits based on the information we gathered. We have discovered that an increasing number of permits are not valid because they have expired, are not valid numbers, or unauthorized individuals are filling out the form. We are no longer willing to offer this voluntary service. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept credit and debit card. Cash too! All Sales Final And As Is - No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds.
California sales tax is collected on all purchases.
Buyer is responsible for packing their purchases and moving large items! We are not responsible for items left behind - we will hold only until the end of the sale.
