All are welcome to our estate sales. We accept cash and credit cards (Visa/MC). All sales are final, as is, and no refunds. We ask that you take your items with you at time of purchase or make arrangements with us if too large to take immediately. We use a number system on the first morning to allow those who waited the longest to come in first, and allow more to enter every few minutes depending on available space.

DIRECTIONS FROM HUNTINGTON: I-64 East toward Charleston. After Montrose, stay in right lane & pass 119/Oakwood. On double BLUE bridge, exit 58C for US-60/Lee Street. Merge onto Pennsylvania North & turn LEFT onto Washington Street W. (US-60W). Stay in right lane to continue on US-60 passing over RR tracks. Wendy's will be on the left at small intersection of Springdale. Immediately past Springdale Drive light turn Right onto Edgewood Drive. Curve around Edgewood Country Club Golf Course, VEER LEFT (at Baker Ln.) to continue on Edgewood Drive. DIRECTIONS FROM 77/79 SOUTH: Stay to the right and merge onto I-64W/US-119S toward Huntington. About 1/4 mile before double BLUE bridge, take Exit 58C for US-60/Washington Street/Civic Center. Merge onto US-119S/Bigley Avenue and turn right onto Washington Street W. Stay in right lane to continue on US-60 passing over RR tracks. Wendy's will be on the left at small intersection of Springdale. Immediately past Springdale Drive light turn Right onto Edgewood Drive. Curve around Edgewood Country Club Golf Course, VEER LEFT (at Baker Ln.) to continue on Edgewood Drive.
PARKING: Just before the estate sale house, some parking will be available in the grass to the north (left) side of the Edgewood Drive, then on Upper Edgewood Drive (please park far to the right as it's a small road), and some parking will be available in the small parking lot of Edgewood Country Club on most days. Please refrain from parking on Wood Road as it is a construction zone - vehicles might be towed or ticketed.
