*** PLEASE NOTE: the contents of the garage sold out on Saturday so we will be taking offers on any remaining items in the house and outdoors. The family wants it gone so the first reasonable offers will be accepted. There will be exceptions - we will be taking offers on the Ford Mustang until 2:00 PM, the jewelry from the caravan is 75% off and there are consignment items with final pricing. *** This is the second sale we will conduct at this 1,600 square foot mid-century split-level home built in 1959. The first sale was November 30-December 1, 2017 and included the contents of the home. The family has now received approval to sell the contents of the garage including the fabulous Ford Mustang convertible and there will be furniture and household items for sale in a portion of the home as well. The man of the house was a car buff (you may recall the International Harvester Scout vehicles which were sold the first time around) and there will be tons of tools, tool chests and more.
