New merchandise from youth sporting goods store, pet supplies, furniture, upright piano, treadmill, electronics and other decorative items. There's more! We're excited to offer, in conjuction with Red Cloud Auctions (www.RedCloudAuctions.com), ten additional WAFFLE HOUSE JUKEBOXES. TheY will all be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of price! All of these units are from Waffle Locations throughout the Southeast. They’ve all been refurbished and inspected by the same company who serviced them over their lifetime. Now is your chance to own a real piece of southern culture and history! TERMS OF SALE: All items must be paid for in full by end of auction with cash, cashier’s check, check with bank letter of credit accompanying and guaranteeing the maximum amount of your payment, credit card or wire transfer. A 3% charge will be added to all credit card purchases. All wire transfers will be assessed a 15.00 processing fee. REGISTRATION: You may register to bid at the inspection or from 11 AM the morning of the auction. INSPECTION: From 11 AM the morning of the auction or by appointment. REMOVAL: No items may be removed during auction period. All costs to remove items are at purchaser's expense. Removal for all equipment must be completed no later than September 22nd at 6 PM. Payment must be confirmed before removal. SALES TAX ON THE EQUIPMENT: 7% sales tax will be added to all items UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS. BUYERS
PREMIUM ADDED: All items sold
onsite at this auction will be sold with a ten percent (10%) buyers premium fee
added to the winning bid. Winning online bidders will be charged a thirteen
(13%) buyers premium on all equipment purchases. BUYER'S NOTE: All items are being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. All items subject to prior sale. Bid increments are at Auctioneer's discretion. All sales are final.
