Selling the complete contents of the Jay Pouhe / Harrison Somers Estate located at 110 Bogart Rd., Palenville NY 12463 - This untouched estate contents will be tagged and sold in the house both individual items and group lots. There will be a 2-day open-house public viewing of the contents Thursday August 2, 10am-2pm and Friday August 3, 10am-2pm with bidding through the Liveauctioneers platform. Both absentee and phone bidding will also be accepted. NOTE: THE HOME WILL BE NOT OPEN ON AUCTION DAY SAT. AUGUST 4, ALL BIDDING WILL BE DONE ONLINE.
Most important all items must be removed no later than Wednesday after the auction. Designated pickup days are Sunday August 5 thru Wednesday August 8, 10am to 2 pm strict.
