PARCEL 2- 5676 State Route 521: Being PID# 518-130-07-003-000-Former pizza shop zoned 499 other commercial structure. 2 unit apartment above w/one in move in condition-one in rehab condition. An old  barn situated in the rear.  Appraised at $30,000, must bring 2/3rds of appraisal or $20,000.00.
