CASH or CREDIT CARD ( limited to 2k) upon pickup or Square online invoice prior to are accepted. All payments are due before pickup. Auctioneer will email an Invoice to Buyer upon processing payment. Buyer hereby waives their rights to chargeback.
All items will be sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, expressed or implied.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is NOT automatically available for online purchases. If you would like items shipped and/or prepared for trucking you must communicate with us and make your own arrangements.

1.We will ship Jewelry for the cost of shipping and insurance plus a small fee to cover the supplies.

2. For delivery to Atlanta, we recommend contacting us in Advance. If we have enough buyers we can ship for a discounted rate, by the piece.

3. It is the buyer’s responsibility to communicate and schedule (within the scheduled removal hours) a freight carrier of their choice if you do not use the service we recommend.

4. PLEASE NOTE: Auctioneers are NOT Responsible for Lost Stolen or Damaged Items.

5. Guns will be shipped only through a local FFL Dealer- call us for more details. You will be required to show id and give complete information when picking up these purchases and this info will be shared with local authorities to perform the background check. If you know you aren't allowed to buy - don't waste your time buying here.
