All sales are final and everything will be sold 'As Is'. Please be mindful if you must bring your children as there will be many breakable antiques.
There will be NO large purses allowed in this sale. Boxes and baskets are ok. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. The house has been fully equipped with a cloud recording security camera system. **We do NOT use lists. People will be let in order as they are in line, first come first served. You must be present and cannot hold your place in line with a box or other object. Please be kind to fellow shoppers and we will be able to move through the line quickly. *** *We accept all credit cards. California sales tax is required no tax exemption accepted. Please note Tristan Estate Sales and the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the sale. If you plan to purchase furniture please have your own assistance to load it. We will not have help for heavy lifting. All items must be picked up by end of day. |

You will find designers such as; Phyllis, Trifari, Ora, Corocraft sterling, Hattie Carnegie, Tortalini, Milor, Dante, Seiko, Armitron, Waltham, Plus grab bags!!! - Vintage clothing, silk scarves, belts and hats. Men’s vintage leather with fur driving gloves, vintage shoes and boots. Large supply of women’s clothing. Vintage woman’s furs, vintage gloves, slips and more! - Furniture ~ two vintage jewelry armoires, antique secretary desk, sewing cabinets, a large display cabinet, many great sofas and armchairs, barstools, many shelving units, vintage radio consoles, unique vintage lighting fixtures, vintage side tables, mid century modern sculpted swamp cedar chess table with bench, an awesome orange retro sleeper sofa and more! - Artwork ~ Many desert oil paintings by artists such as Kathryn Leighton, Kroll, Edwards. We have also found many old drawings and sketches from an unknown but good artist. There’s a nice collection of records with many genres such as Rock, Jazz/ Big Band, Swing (all are kept in excellent condition and some are promos & limited editions!). You will also find CD’s, dvds and VHS tapes, books (art books, vintage cookbooks, war books, Hunting Books, car books, etc). There’s cool vintage car posters and books, Norfolk posters, Boeing’s, Collins Radio Car posters, etc. - Military Memorabilia ~ Memorabilia from a WW2 & Korean war veteran who went on to work with NASA and flew everything from fighters to cargo planes (B-52’s, Boeing 747, and more). There’s a very large selection of photographs, ephemera (6 scrapbooks kept by the veteran that are truly unique and give you great insight into the young man who neatly handmade them). There’s vintage flags from numerous countries, many extra large photographs and posters that have been framed, patches, medals, pin and badges.
