Ordered by Estate Executor: Up for auction is the entire contents of longtime UOP professor Alberto Eraso's home. The contents include but are not limited to: valuable framed art and artifacts collected from around the world. Furniture and furnishings & books and much more. You will be bidding n the complete contents and the bidding will take place online. There will be a live preview on October 15th from 10am-noon. this sale will take place in a private gated condominium community and the address will be published on October 14th on the website listed below. Online bidding commences at www.ogrensauction.com October 15th and the bidding will close will close at 10am on October 18th. The winning bidder will have 48 hours to remove the entire non fixed contents from the home and will be required to post a $300 cleaning deposit on top of their winning bid. This deposite will be refunded upon a succeeful inspection after the clean out and all items have been removed.
