All are welcome to our estate sales. We accept cash and credit cards (Visa/MC). All sales are final, as is, and no refunds. We ask that you take your items with you at time of purchase or make arrangements with us if too large to take immediately. We use a number system on the first morning to allow those who waited the longest to come in first, and allow more to enter every few minutes depending on available space.

Exciting estate sale finds at our upcoming sale starting Thursday, December 12th through Saturday, December 14th SATURDAY'S HOURS HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO 10:00AM-3:00PM DIRECTIONS: From I-64, take Montrose Drive (Exit 56) and go south (toward the hill & houses). Pass Kanawha Turnpike light & Rosemont. Immediately start looking for parking spaces on Montrose Drive, Forest Avenue (both sides of Montrose). 421 is the 2-Story GREEN house on the hill to your left (east).
