TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AUCTION:
Registering to bid constitutes your acceptance of all below: By bidding, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions. No exceptions. This is an absolute auction. All items are sold AS-IS. Internet Premium: 17% Sales Tax: 6% PA Sales Tax where applicable. Applied to total of hammer price and Buyer’s Premium. Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required to register on Proxibid for approval. Payment: Credit Card payment only, all major credit cards accepted. Credit Cards will be charged immediately following closing of auction. Shipping and packing fees will be a separate charge. Currency Type: USD Shipping Instructions: A $2 handling and packing fee will be applied to each package (multi purchased lots combined in shipping as much as possible). Shipping/pack fees will be a separate charge from purchase price. All items will be shipped unless pick-up appointment is made. Shipping done in-house through USPS. Please notify auction company immediately if you plan to pick up your items, otherwise all items will be shipped. Ending Date & Time: November 1, 2018 at 6:00pm Eastern Pick-Up Date & Time: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items will be shipped unless the auction company is otherwise notified. Special Terms: Pick-up by appointment only: you must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Buyers should contact Auction Company immediately if you wish to pick up your items; otherwise it is assumed that the items need to be shipped. If picking up they must be picked up at the scheduled appointment removal time and location -NO Exceptions. All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location. *Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
