This is a ALL CASH SALE. No refunds, No returns, all sales are final. If you touch it and you break it you own it and must pay, no exceptions. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, unsupervised children will be responsibility of the attending adult. Must have your own transportation and help for removal of larger items, no help is available. Items paid with a deposit for hold and left after the sales hours will be placed back on sale and buyer forfeits the sale unless arrangements have been made prior.

My devoted "Early Bird Buyers" will be at the door for this sale and we'll have the light on for them and you! You must be on the list for our Early Bird Buyers, no exceptions you will not be let in if you have not registered for this sale during the Early Bird Review. To be added to the list please register now below! Three rooms of great items to choose from from a beautiful dining room table and china cabinet to smaller items like porcelein shoes, there is something to choose from for everyone! More pictures will be listed soon, keep watching this listing for updates and pictures. Make sure you have your own way to transport your larger purchases, we will not be responsible for items left behind after the closing of the sale time. You will forfeit your hold deposit if items are not picked up during the sale times, no exceptions and no refunds! Rain or shine this sale will take place however, if it's raining to hard, we will postpone the sale and the second date listed is Saturday April 20, 2019, so make sure to be informed by registering online. Get on our EARLY BIRD LIST to be notified of any changes prior to the sale date as well as being able to preview and buy in bulk prior to the doors opening to the public. Early Birds will be allowed to preview and buy on Saturday Morning 6:30 am - 7:30 am prior to the doors opening at 8 am ONLY. SORRY FRIDAY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PREVIEWING.
