SECURITY ON SITE AT ALL TIMES CASH, credit card accepted. Not responsible for accidents - if you break something you are responsible to purchase it. Pls bring your own movers as we do not have people to move your items. No food, drinks or pets allowed. Sales tax is added on all sales..No refunds all sales final . Please examine your item carefully as there will be no exchanges, refunds, etc ... if you are tax exempt you must present your tax exempt sales certificate ... a copy must be given to the cashier ... per the controllers office in order for companies to be tax exempt the certificate must be on file with the Estate Sale company .. no exceptions . Children under 14 not allowed due to amount of breakable glass. |
