1.All Sales are final. Items may take5-21 days from end of auction to arrive at warehouse. Sale may only be voided if Matthews Auctioneers is not able to fulfill order in timely manner.

1-A. Special Payment Terms: A minimum 10% Deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close with the balance being due upon delivery or pickup of furniture.

1-B. Delivery:If you need delivery call stephen @ 276-235-0153 to see if delivery is available for your area.

2. Matthews Auctioneers reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at their sole discretion for any reason.

3. 5.3% VA Sales tax will be charged on all aplicable purchases. If you are sales tax exempt you will need to produce a sales tax certificate either before bidding or at pickup. Sales Tax is not charged by Matthews Auctioneers on any Titled vehicles. Buyer is responsible for paying sales tax on titled vehicles at state DMV.

4. 10% Buyers Premium charged on all purchases. NO EXEMPTIONS

5. CASH & All Major Credit Cards Accepted. ACH is accepted on large purchases over $2000. All fees asscociated with ACH or wire transfer are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Sorry no Checks are Accepted.
