The items for sale are on two levels of Cape Style home, inside a fully screened outdoor porch, and in a two bay garage.  Because the home is small and we are concerned with customer safety - and also the family's property - we may have to limit the number of people inside at the start of the sale.  There will be plenty of shopping opportunity for people in the garage too.  I expect this to be a happy & busy sale!
