You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We also have a lovely collection of engravings, English boxes, an antique sextant, entry mirrors, rugs, many kinds of china, including Bavaria, Royal Doulton, Royal Worcester, Paragon, Aynsley, a few pieces of Catalina Island dinnerware, crystal, decanters, stemware, many books including reference, coffee table and cook books....some costume jewelry, and more! Antique furniture includes a high boy, buffet, inlaid side tables, secretary, inlaid ebonized French entry table, tiered tables, burl walnut chests, shield back chairs, French Vitrine, dining table, corner cupboard...many period and 19th C pieces rarely seen! Wonderful boxes too...tea caddies, lap desks, inlaid mother of pearl boxes, crystal boxes, French and English.... A gorgeous horse saddle, trunk, bicycles, wagon and some tools! A traditional, wonderful Dover Shores home filled with antiques! We will put out a sign up sheet at 8 am each day one hour prior to our opening at 9 am...No other sign up sheet will be honored.
