UPDATE: 4/23 7:00AM The Brazoria Sale is going to be absolutely amazing! There is so much stuff, antiques, collectibles, tools, gold and silver jewelry, costume jewelry, and coins. It's just everywhere! There's so much stuff you're going be amazed. This sale is going be one of the biggest sales I've ever been involved with. If you like Antiques, if you like collectibles, if you like picking, you need to be at the sale. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the items that will be offered. The Star Wars collection is hundreds and hundreds of pieces. Antiques, collectibles, movie posters, old toys, tools, primitives, you name it it's at the sale.  I'm going to be adding some pictures this afternoon . I've got 15 people on site all day today preparing these items.  I just can't say enough good things. You have to come to the sale you will not be sorry!

UPDATE:  4/15/2014 8:35pm   What a day! Brazoria is going to be an amazing sale. We have over 400 man hours making lots and tagging, and we still have and more work to do!  Tens of thousands of items will be offered. Tons of antiques and collectibles. We hit an out building today, loaded to the top with all types of quality, old and new. I sure hope you all come to this one. I promise you won't be sorry! I will post more pics tomorrow nite.

Update Estate of Lilli Herrington 4-12-14......We have decided to add another day to this huge sale due to the shear volume of items that need to be sold. Every outbuilding was stacked full, top to bottom. The garage was jam packed with everything you can imagine. We had a 10 person crew working most of last week unpacking, building lots and pricing. Antiques of all kinds, collectibles of all kinds, tools, so many tools. I bet we have alread priced well over 10,000 items and we are not even half way done.

Update 4-10-14 5:28 am.....We really started getting into the garage and outbuildings yesterday. Every building is STUFFED!. I am posting a couple dozen pictures to give you all an idea of the amount of items we are dealing with. I have to tell you there is a lot of really good stuff in this sale. Lots of vintage beer signs, tools, primitives, antiques of all categories.....Lots of everything. Today we are pricing the garage items and may dig into a shed or 2. Yesterday a cleaning crew came in and worked inside the house. We basically emptied the house out and will reassemble it. I think everything shows so much better with a clean house. I really cant wait for this sale. It is going to be "Round Top on The River"!!!! I certainly hope you can make this sale. I assure you, you wont be sorry!

4/7 UPDATE:  This sale is going to be a must attend. We started going through store rooms and outbuilding today. Lots of primitives, old tools, a huge star wars collection, antiques every where you look. I expect we will start adding pictures by the end of this week. Over 500 pictures will be posting within the next 2 weeks. This sale is out in the country on the San Bernard river. Its a wonderful drive with beautiful scenery and one of those sales you just have attend. The house will be stuffed......The outbuildings will be stuffed. The grounds will be stuffed. Plan on spending a few hours at this sale, There will be 1000's of items and wonderful antiques.

Here's Another Fabulous Antique Pickers Estate Sale! This 3500 square foot home sets a couple hundred yards off of the San Bernard River in Brazoria County. This home is somewhat remote but will be worth the trip. It is stuffed inside and out with beautiful antiques, collectibles, furniture, house wares, tools and much more. There is also a John Deere zero turn lawn mower and a 12' single axel enclosed trailer for sale and lots and lots of tools including hand tools, power tools and shop tools. Also a beautiful super clean vintage pinball machine and many other large items. We have a lot of work to do to set up this sale. It will be a big one. As we get things organized I will start adding a detailed item list and pictures to this listing. And I will keep you all up dated on what treasures we find. As with all of Antique Pickers Estate Sales there are sure to be plenty of surprises and plenty for the "pickin". We will have food, drinks and clean restrooms available.
