Upcoming Encino Estate Sale - February 25-26, 2012 Sat-Sun 8am-4pm 3603 Hayvenhurst Ave Encino, California 91436 Description An entire content of a large Encino house accumulated for over 40 years has to be sold over the weekend. Mid-Century Vintage furniture, Mirrors, Light Fixtures, Chandeliers, Lamps, China, Collectibles, Art, Crystal, Waterford, Lladro figurines, Jewelry, Watches, Clocks, Clothing, Linen, Books, Records. Home electronics, ACI speakers: (Titan II LE Subwoofer, ACI Sapphire III Speakers -4), Adcom Digital GTP-760 Tuner Preamplifier, IRD HT MB-100 Monoblock amplifiers -4 (Home Theater pictures will be posted later in the week), Pioneer Tuner and Speakers -3 and much more. Refrigerators, Kitchen full of stuff, small tools, garden tools, Knick knocks, and much more… The house was completely remodeled and repainted. All mirrors, paintings and fixtures were removed. We were not allowed to attaché them back. And lots of items are still in the detached garage. We will open the garage 7am Saturday – the house will be opened for the sale 8am to 4pm. Everything will be sold “First come first serve†bases. We did not and do not do pre-sales, do not pre-sale and do not provide prices prior to the sale.
