ONSITE TERMS: All merchandise is sold as-is, where is, with no warranty written or implied. Cash, checks and major credit cards accepted. Checks are accepted with positive ID. Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted. 15% premium on all merchandise purchased onsite. 5% of premium will be waived for cash and check purchase onsite.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL FIREARMS LAWS WILL BE OBSERVED. YOU MUST HAVE A CURRENT DRIVER’S LICENSE OR PHOTO ID WITH CORRECT ADDRESS TO BUY FIREARMS. ONLINE TERMS: 15% Buyer's Premium on all online purchases. All major Credit Cards accepted. Regarding Firearms, Ammunition, Magazines, and Other Firearm-Related Items: All local, state, and federal firearms laws will be strictly observed. All items, including firearms, will be available for local pickup. Firearms may be picked up at our licensed location at 2580 Bunner Ridge Road, Fairmont, WV 26554 at the specified time and date posted above. For all non-firearm pickups, the location will be 5546 Benedum Drive, Shinnston, WV 26431. For all firearms, the information recorded for the registered bidder with ProxiBid must exactly match the Photo ID of the person arriving to pick up the firearm (this includes current residence address and full name), no exceptions. As a licensed FFL, we can process Over the Counter Transfers of long guns and handguns to all West Virginia residents with valid ID. All handguns to non-WV residents must be shipped to an FFL in their state of residence for the transfer (shipping terms will apply; expect a transfer charge applied by the receiving dealer). Long guns to non-WV residents are dealt with on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of long gun and the state of residence of the purchaser. Some states and localities have restrictions on ammunition quantity and type and magazine capacity and quantity that can be shipped to a residence. Please consult your local restrictions and guidelines before bidding. Our compliance team will research any shipments that we believe may violate any restrictions, but it is the bidder’s responsibility to verify they are lawfully entitled to receive the item via shipment BEFORE BIDDING. Charges will include the actual cost of shipping the package(s) plus a $10 per package processing fee. All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL. Bidding Errors: All bids are binding and final once an item has sold. Once bidding for a lot has closed, bids cannot be deleted or removed. Please review your bids on the review page prior to submitting the bids. Outbid notifications are sent as a courtesy only and the auctioneer, seller, licensees, agents or employees are not responsible for errors, omissions and/or timing of outbid notices. As-Is, Where Is: All items and lots are sold on an As-Is, Where-Is and With All Faults basis without exception. Removal of Items: Local pickup is available on the designated date and time only. Buyers are solely responsible for the transportation of any vehicles, equipment, or large items that cannot be shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping available upon request for items that can be shipped via USPS or UPS at the buyer’s expense plus $10/package handling. Inspection of Items: Every item in this auction is available for bidder inspection prior to the auction ending. By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item or lots and is relying solely on the bidder’s personal inspection, whether in person, through proxy, or based on the provided photographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, in determining the amount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max bid. |
