Here’s how we play…
– We gladly accept cash, check or charge. Out of state checks are not accepted. – Numbers will be handed out FRIDAY between 8:30 AM and 8:45 AM. A signup sheet will be available ; THURSDAY after 5:00 pm. You do not have to stay after signing, but must be present when the numbers are handed out or we move on to the next name on the list. – The sale begins at 9:00 AM on FRIDAY. FRIDAY hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – FRIDAY hours are from 9:00 AM to 5-:00 PM. Prices reduced by 30% from One to 5:00 PM on FRIDAY, unless otherwise marked. We are closed from 11:45 am until 12:00 pm to prepare for the markdown. – SATURDAY hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Prices reduced by 50% all day Saturday, unless otherwise marked. – All sales are final. – Please bring people to help you load your purchases. We do not move or load items so if plan to purchase an item, please ensure you’ve made transportation arrangements. – You may call in to purchase items via Charge Card, during sale hours, at 616-262-0327. – All items must be removed by 1:00 pm on Saturday. – It’s going to be a lovely sale and we are looking forward to seeing you! – Say hello, introduce yourself and be sure to add your name to our email list to receive emails regarding upcoming sales. |

The estate is located on the Grand River. The resulting sale includes all of the fun items you would expect; fishing poles, lures, tackle boxes, life jackets, a Kayak and paddles. The Lady of the house is a beautician so the sale has Salon equipment and a great number of supplies including coloring, aprons, brushes, flat irons, hair dryers, towels, curlers, chairs, bowls, cupboards/cabinets and many more accessories. There are many other items, as noted below, but feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions. (616) 262-0327.
