AUCTION REGISTRATION-You can register for this auction via online. You must enter your credit card info for verification only. Your credit card will not be charged for this auction. Before you have access to bid, you will need to show proof of funds for the required earnest money down payment. Proof of funds consists of a copy, fax, or original of a current bank statement or brokerage statement in the bidder's name showing enough funds for a $2,000/parcel you are bidding on. EARNEST MONEY REQUIREMENT: Winning online bidders must deliver earnest money via cashier's check payable to Don Rose Auction & Realty, 241 Main St., Bowling Green, OH 43402 in the amount of $2,000/parcel. Once you are the confirmed winner of the property. The successful online bidder will be notified the following morning after the closing of the auction and emailed the Auction Purchase Agreement and other related documents to sign and return. Balance will be paid in full at closing on or before 30 Days of the auction ending or by Monday, September 30th, 2019. NOTE: All properties are being sold in their "as is" conditions.
