Your bid is an offer to buy an item at the price of your bid and, if accepted, is a contractual obligation on your behalf to buy the item and also to abide by these terms of sale, including payment and removal of items from the auction site.

Items are offered for sale "as is" and "where is". The principle of caveat emptor applies except where expressly excluded by operation of law. HenyKat does not make or give any guarantee, warranty or representation or undertake any duty of care in relation to the description, illustrations or photographs of any item, including condition, quality, provenance, authenticity, background, style, period, age, origin, value and estimated selling price. Bidder inspection is encouraged.

The buyer is responsible for all labor and materials to remove items purchased from the auction site at 4723 Elm City Road South, Elm City, NC from August 21, 2019 through August 24, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. EST or at another time agreed to by the manager of the auction site(Larry Brantley, 919-709-8127). The buyer must present the staff at the auction site with a paid receipt from HenyKat before any item may be removed.

The Auctioneer, Hendrik van Dorp, III and any employees of Hendrik van Dorp, III may bid on any item in the sale.

Payment for all items is due in U.S. dollars via major credit card as soon as bidding ends and will be charged to the credit card used by the buyer for registration. A 13% buyer's premium will be added to all sales transactions.

All items purchased must be removed at the auction location within 3 days of receiving an invoice delivered either by hand or email or at another time agreed to by the Auctioneer.

You must be over 18 years of age to bid.

Failure to abide by these terms may include abandonment of the items for which your bid was accepted.
