FINAL UPDATE:  Traditional Cherry Creek Village South Estate Sale

1.     When waiting in line prior to opening, please make sure you’ve got your own colored rock with your name on it.  No Fighting! Come early.

2.     There might be coffee available HOWEVER, we are not providing restroom access in the residence. The closest restroom will be at King Soopers.

3.     Bring an IKEA Bag – we’ll have three hold tables available but there are too many smalls to manage. If you have large bags, bring them.

4.     If buying books, bring boxes or sturdy bags.

5.     Please do not park in front of any ones driveway. This area has permitted parking but they’ve said our estate sale is OK.

Please make sure every driveway is clear.

6.     WE ARE UNABLE TO HELP LOAD OR MOVE FURNITURE. Please have all the help needed or use www.dolly.com , UHaul or your own friends and family.

7.     This home is bigger than it looks but because every room is full and due to the number of small items it’s going to be tough to maneuver during the opening hours – please be patient.

8.     If you have a reseller license make sure you’ve got a copy ready for the register.

9.     Enjoy this awesome sale. We’ve loved every minute.           

 

Boy oh Boy, this house has it all.

·      If you are interested in books, this sale is a must. There’s a large collection of adult books and an equally large collection of children’s books.  

·      The military uniforms are from the Korean War.

·      Our client dabbled in painting, silk screen, pottery, ceramics, wood block, stamping and sewing. So there’s quite a collection for the craft minded.

·      All the furniture is awesome! It won’t last long. The dining room drop leaf is 7ft long as well as the church pew.

·      Along with the furniture there’s a large collection of primitive wood pieces, big and small.

·      There’s a large collection of vintage toys, games, kids puzzles and wood blocks.

·      The art is understated but very nice.

·      This house has a large sunroom that was so packed we’ve moved most of it to the back yard. But you’ll find wonderful items for the porch, patio, yard or garden.

·      Don’t forget to look at the pristine vintage freezer in the basement. This thing is in wonderful condition and so pretty.

·      Oh, the kitchen is packed, the linens and doilies are wonderful.

·     Many items are from Russia and others have a South American theme.
