NOTICE TO RE-SELLERS: City/State sales tax will be added to all purchases – If you have a Re-Sale License you will need to complete a Form 5000. We will need to check the validity of your license # which we aren’t able to do during the sale, so it won’t be valid on the day of your visit. But, once it is received and verified we will keep a copy on file for all of your subsequent 2014 visits.
You may also email us a copy of your resale license prior to the sale date: info@lythcoop.net this will ensure that your purchase will be tax free on the day of the sale. Thanks for helping us abide by the law! All items are sold "AS IS"/"WHERE IS". No refunds, returns, exchanges or merchandise guarantees. ALL items MUST be picked up by 3pm on Saturday. Please bring your own help to load large items as our staff will no longer move items for you.
