Due to the size of the rooms in the house and the multitude of small breakable items displayed we will be limiting the amount of people in the house at one time. Sale begins promptly at 9 am, no previews or early birds. We are required to charge state sales tax. If you are tax-exempt please be prepared to provide current tax-exempt certificate. All sales are as is, no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. All items must be removed by the last day of the sale. We do offer reasonably priced delivery service for larger items if interested. No large bags and purses will be allowed inside. Please respect the neighbors and do not park on the lawns, driveways or near mailboxes. We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
