John & Kay Lytle Living Estate Sale 138 Sabine (Entrance will be side door on Broadway Blvd) Portland, Texas Friday 8-3 Saturday 8-? John and Kay have been coming to my estate sale for years. They collected certain things and always came when they could to look for these treasures! They always had a smile and we always had pleasant conversation! They have now sold their home and are downsizing and leaving lots of treasures behind! Kay is originally from Aransas Pass and her parents Oscar & Hilda Galjour owned a fleet of shrimp boats. In the 1950's John's family, Fran & Evelyn Lytle moved to Aransas Pass from Iowa and they owned a large fleet of shrimp boats with Sid Herndon and fished for many years to come! Following the family tradition, John also owned boats! He and Kay met and married and raised their 2 sons in Portland. We have things passed down from both families and beautiful items that John and Kay have collected over the years.
