American, Spanish, Asian, Italian Flair estate sale in 2 story home in CHAPEL FORGE AT BELAIR community.

There are items here I have never seen and I have been collecting items Internationally for over 30 years!!

Over 7 rooms full of glassware, collectibles, unique pieces, fabric/crafts and more.  Plan to come and spend time exploring 2 floors filled with items – almost everything must go! Owners have travelled the world and have many beautiful unique pieces as well as several large collections. These items have been kept in a non-smoking , pet free home.

NO LARGE BAGS, PURSES OR COATS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.  Folded paper shopping bags allowed  for ease in shopping and checking out. Boxes and packing material must remain outside until purchase.  NO parking on lawns or in driveway.  Not responsible for accidents, you are responsible for any damages.  Upon entering the property YOU assume full responsibility for any accidents to YOURSELF.  If YOU are responsible for damaging any of the estate property YOU agree to pay the asking price for such items.

No children under 13 allowed and any children over 13 must be accompanied by an adult for safety and occupancy reasons.  Please no wheelchairs or walkers as house is not walking assisted accessible. Numbers will be given out at the door by attendant as a limited amount of guests can be accommodated at one time. Early Arrival - please respect this is a quiet residential neighborhood, numbers will not be given out until 9:00 AM.

We reserve right to inspect all types of bags when you exit the home. Arrangements can be made to remove large items within 48 hours of end of sale.  No later than Tuesday at 5pm.
