Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder, along with responsibility for securing the item and making payment for the item. Sold items must be removed no later than 5pm Monday after a Saturday sale. The auction house is open Sundays 10-5. Items remaining after Monday will be moved to storage and storage fees of $25 per day per item will apply. Items left more than 7 days after the auction will be considered abandoned property (even if paid for) and will become the property of Gallery 70 Two. NO EXCEPTIONS!
