The sale will take place Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday will finish up half price from 9am-3pm then boxlot prices for an hour from 3pm-4pm when items will be free in the garage and or outside.
We are relieved to help Mary Ann get this show on the road and empty the
home so that it can go on the market and make a new family very happy for years on end.

This sale has the most beautiful, gigantic either antique mail box, file cabinet, law office shelf or whatever else you’d like to use it for.
Upon first glance it appears to have drawers but in viewing it closer
you realize they are flaps that open out to show the box available. Each
has a place for a label out in front. Use it as you would but come and
see it for sure!
We’ll offer up the family security system that they
paid an arm and a leg for years ago. We will be selling a keg holder,
grape decorations and collection, pug collection, plenty of glass ware,
oak and solid wood furniture, antique french parlor table, bedroom
furniture, dining furniture, outside and patio furniture, office pieces,
artwork, brand new leather health chair, and so much more than you can see when watching our video online.
We look forward to seeing you there and want to thank all of you who made it over to help us empty the house on Lindale Drive last
weekend. It was a fun little sale and the house is spotless and ready
to sell to the first family that falls in love with it and can afford to
purchase their own home. That neighborhood is very affordable.
We will sell what is left of Sierra Woodside by apt. only. Currently we have remaining a three piece off-white wrought iron floral ice-cream or parlor set for the kitchen or patio, a five piece black and walnut modern bedroom set including
queen bed, tall-boy, lower dresser with mirror and two night stands, a
swivel metal-based modern chair for office or sitting area, upholstered
burnt orange chair and ottoman, a recovered modern low couch with wood
bottom and bright random stripes that you either love or hate, a
wonderful tall and lanky teak modern bookshelf with gentle and delicate lines and an easy addition to any office or bedroom space, a cumbersome but still 70s entertainment center that will hold the weight of the world on
it, a covered two-person chair framed in pvc pile, and a boring rocker
type clean elderly persons neutral colored living room chair.
We also have plenty of ladies clothing, some small monkey pod and nick knack pieces, Christmas decorations, costume jewelry, books books books and a bit of art and stack of records as well as three stacking mid-century modern book racks of wood or painted pressed wood. We will be finishing the purge of this condo in a few days so do ask anyone seriously interested in anything
they see on the photos (don’t make an appointment to come over if there
is nothing of interest to you as it takes up our time to prep the next
sales coming upon us) or video that floats your boat, email Jennie and
she will make you an apt to go inside the gated community and buy some things in a relaxed atmosphere with no lines of people waiting to compete.
